Welcome to the 16th edition of the TAO Times, where we share weekly updates on all of the most important events occurring within the Bittensor ecosystem!
For validators, subnet owners, miners, token holders, & community members.
Here is what happened during the week of December 1st ↘️
TAO Stats
Highlights of the Week
🔥 Creator Bid, an AI agent launch platform, is integrating with Bittensor, allowing agents launched via the platform to leverage Masa (data), Infinite Games and Score Vision (predictions), Corcel (images), and 404 (3D models). Bittensor’s cross-ecosystem impact is beginning to accelerate.
🔥 BitMind and It’s AI also unveiled their integration with SERAPH, an autonomous authentication agent built on the VIRTUALS Agent framework. SERAPH analyzes and verifies digital content and autonomous agents, assigning "AI scores" to detect synthetic media and authenticate legitimacy. Operating on a 1/15 model (1% management, 15% performance fee), the platform accumulates agent tokens through its evaluation services, with all fees automatically converting to TAO - creating a direct value accrual mechanism through verification activity. Bittensor and VIRTUALS are arguably the two hottest projects in the AI sector right now, and it’s great to see the two teams collaborate.

🔥 TAO-Validator.com released a promotional video that highlights a key moment in Bittensor's evolution: the ecosystem is approaching an inflection point where Subnet miners' digital commodities are transitioning from experimental to commercial applications.
🔥 Dippy and Yuma Group have partnered to develop Subnet 58, focused on creating open-source empathetic speech models. The subnet incentivizes miners to build text-to-speech (TTS) models specialized for roleplaying, with evaluation based on human-likeness metrics and emotion-to-vector features. Models are validated against independent TTS benchmarks to ensure authentic voice quality. Yuma will have many more subnets come to market in the next few months as well.
🔥 Nickel5 released Gaia on Subnet 57, aiming to analyze geospatial data through a mixture-of-experts approach. The subnet currently focuses on soil moisture prediction using satellite data, with miners generating predictions for 100km² regions and validators scoring their accuracy against SMAP data. This is the first geospatial Subnet on Bittensor and we are excited for all of the discoveries and modalities it will unlock.
