Highlights of the Week
🔥 DCG dominated this week’s news cycle with the launch of Yuma, a new subsidiary focused on building and investing in Bittensor infrastructure teams, with Barry Silbert serving as CEO of both Yuma and DCG. Through its subnet incubator program, Yuma has already partnered with Sturdy, Masa, Score, Infinite Games, and S&P 500 Oracle, and plans to simultaneously provide mining and validation services.
🔥 To commemorate the launch of Yuma, DCG held an offsite in Ojai, CA, inviting key Bittensor ecosystem participants and adjacent DCG portfolio companies. Overheard from our sources on the ground, the vibes are extremely high and optimistic. Everyone is aligned with the vision and excited for what’s to come in 2025.
🔥 Parshant announced the launch of TAOGOD on testnet, an autonomous SWE marketplace that will contribute to open-source repositories independently while learning to mine on other subnets.
🔥 Efficient Frontier subnet miners have achieved over 1 million USDT in cumulative trading profits across spot, perpetual futures, and options markets, demonstrating the effectiveness of their institutional-grade trading strategies.
